One of the greatest finds in Phnom Penh’s famous Russian Markets is The Snacker, a small snack shop that serves traditional Cambodian ice cream.
Homemade daily with coconut milk fresh from the coconuts and fruit fresh off the farm, The Snacker’s ice cream is all-natural. This Cambodian-run business supports local and provincial farmers and was started to create local jobs for a focused group of women who were otherwise forced to migrate across borders to find work.
